Compensation: USD 100K–150K Annual Base Pay (Net) + Competitive Commissions
Overview
Summit 360 Solutions is expanding its footprint across the U.S. market and is seeking a Sales Manager – Growth Lead to drive business growth and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on sales leader who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that create long-term value for our clients and our business.
You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to deal negotiation and client handoff — while shaping our overall sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Summit 360’s U.S. client base.
- Identify new business opportunities within key sectors, including renewable energy and professional services.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Lead outreach, discovery, and proposal development for potential clients.
- Nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach to client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
Team & Performance Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior sales associates in lead generation and client prospecting efforts.
- Establish clear sales metrics, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and client touchpoints.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Oversee CRM usage (HubSpot preferred) to maintain data accuracy and visibility across the sales funnel.
- Track KPIs, analyze conversion metrics, and present insights and forecasts to leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and revenue projections.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring industries.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; deep understanding of U.S. business dynamics.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience selling services within renewable energy, real estate, or professional services sectors.
- Background in leading distributed or international sales teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
