Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines-based, supporting U.S. Central Time Zone)
Salary: $1,700 – $2,100 net monthly
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate brand visibility, enhance community engagement, and support consistent, high-quality marketing execution. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and manage marketing campaigns, digital communications, and donor engagement materials that reflect our mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Support the creation and execution of a consistent, mission-driven marketing plan across digital and traditional channels.
Contribute ideas for storytelling and campaign initiatives that strengthen community and donor relationships.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.
Content Creation & Management
Produce and schedule engaging content including newsletters, social media posts, flyers, and event materials.
Write, edit, and proofread blogs, email campaigns, and success stories highlighting program impact.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms using existing templates and visual assets.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage email campaigns through Mailchimp, including segmentation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
Maintain and update the organization’s WordPress website as needed, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Support SEO efforts and monitor digital engagement using Google Analytics and social media insights.
Community Engagement & Event Support
Collaborate with the Development and Advancement teams on donor outreach, fundraising events, and community campaigns.
Promote organizational initiatives via digital and physical marketing materials.
Assist in maintaining CRM data (Ritten, Little Green Light) and ensure accurate tracking of partner and donor interactions.
Collaboration
Work directly with the Director of Advancement and Development Director on campaign planning and execution.
Participate in regular team meetings via Microsoft Teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or nonprofit marketing.
Proficiency with Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools (Ritten, Little Green Light) is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across U.S. time zones.
